My own journey with seed cycling opened my eyes to how powerful small, natural changes can be. That’s why I started Wonder Women — to make hormone support simple, effective, and truly accessible for women through every phase of their hormonal journey, from PMS to perimenopause and menopause. How to Seed Cycle

Step 1

Track where you are in your cycle. Your Phase 1 starts with day 1 of your period.

Step 2

Choose the corresponding seed blend for where you are in your cycle. For irregular cycles (cycles that are shorter than 21 days or longer than 45 days, start any day and follow same 2-week rotation)

Step 3

Enjoy 2 scoops a day on whatever your heart desires. No really, it’s that easy! Top anything you want with our formulated seed blends. They’re designed to be seamlessly added to any meal.

Step 4

Once you’re done with that phase 1, move to the next blend and continue the same process each month.
